CORE RETURN POLICY

CORE RETURNS:

  • CORES MUST MATCH THE PART PURCHASED. CORES THAT DO NOT MATCH WILL NOT BE GIVEN CORE CREDIT UNLESS APPROVED PRIOR TO RETURN.
  • CORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED WHEN CORE CREDIT IS RECEIVED FROM OEM. THE PROCESS OF CORE INSPECTION AND ISSUING A CREDIT MAY TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS.
  • FREIGHT CHARGES TO RETURN CORES BACK TO SDS ARE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY. IF A CORE IS OF NO VALUE, THE CUSTOMER CAN REQUEST THE CORE BACK AT THE CUSTOMER’S FREIGHT EXPENSE.
  • CORES MUST BE RETURNED IN ASSEMBLED, REBUILD-ABLE CONDITION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURES POLICY. CORES NOT MEETING THE REBUILD-ABLE CONDITION WILL NOT RECEIVE THE CORE CREDIT.
  • CORES MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM DELIVERY DATE TO RECEIVE FULL CORE CREDIT. CORES RETURNED AFTER 30 DAYS WILL NOT RECEIVE CORE CREDIT.
