RETURN POLICY

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE! STRICKLAND DIESEL SERVICE ALLOWS RETURNS ON UNOPENED PARTS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF SHIPMENT(SEE BELOW FOR DETAILS AND EXCLUSIONS). APPROVAL AND RETURN AUTHORIZATION PAPERWORK NEEDED (RESTOCKING FEES MAY APPLY). TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT. IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

IF YOUR ITEM WAS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING, CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. ALL ITEMS RETURNED WILL BE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BEFORE CREDIT OR REFUND IS ISSUED.

IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A CREDIT OR REFUND FOR YOUR ITEM:

  • ITEMS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE RMA (RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION) FORM. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED ITEMS NOT ACCOMPANIED BY THIS FORM.
  • ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
  • ITEMS MUST HAVE NEVER BEEN USED (KITS MUST STILL BE IN UNOPENED PACKAGE).
  • ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION (NO DIRT OR GREASE ON THE PARTS OR PACKAGING).
  • ITEMS MUST NOT HAVE BEEN PURCHASED AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE (IF PURCHASED USED ITEMS).

RETURN PROCESS

YOU MAY RETURN ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SHIPMENT (SEE BELOW FOR DETAILS AND EXCLUSIONS).

  • CONTACT US TO REQUEST A RETURN FOR CREDIT OR A REFUND. A RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION FORM (RMA) WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU. FILL OUT THE FORM AND RETURN THE RMA FORM TO US VIA EMAIL.
  • PLEASE ALLOW 1 TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR OUR TEAM TO REVIEW THE FORM (PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE, SEE BELOW).
  • WHEN YOUR REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED, WE WILL EMAIL YOU AN APPROVED RMA AND A SHIPPING LABEL (IF APPLICABLE) TO PRINT.
    • PLEASE PACK ITEMS CAREFULLY; THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE ITEMS WHEN SHIPPING BACK TO US.
    • PLACE THE RMA FORM INSIDE THE PACKAGE WITH THE ITEM YOU ARE RETURNING. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNED ITEMS NOT ACCOMPANIED WITH THE RMA FORM.
    • PLACE THE SHIPPING LABEL OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR FREIGHT CHARGES.
  • YOU WILL BE ISSUED A CREDIT OR REFUND WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS FROM THE DATE WE RECEIVED YOUR ITEM (RESTOCKING FEES MAY APPLY).

ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE

  • ANY KITS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED, OR PARTIAL COMPONENTS OF A KIT.
  • ANY GASKETS, GASKET SETS, SEALS, SEAL KITS, OR MANUALS OF ANY TYPE.
  • ANY PARTS THAT HAVE BEEN USED AND/OR ARE BEING SUBMITTED FOR WARRANTY CONSIDERATION.
  • ANY SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.
  • SHIPPING CHARGES AND PROCESSING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

ONLY REGULAR PRICED ITEMS MAY BE REFUNDED. SALE ITEMS, USED ITEMS AND REFURBISHED ITEMS CAN NOT BE REFUNDED.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL, OR IF WE SENT THE WRONG ITEM, WE WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING. WE WILL SEND THE CORRECT ITEM TO YOU AT NO EXTRA COST TO YOU.
  • FOR ANY OTHER RETURNS, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES, INCLUDING ANY COSTS INCURRED IN GETTING THE ITEM BOTH TO AND FROM THE CUSTOMER, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SHIPPING WAS ORIGINALLY CHARGED OR NOT.
  • YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR YOUR OWN SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING YOUR ITEM. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE A REFUND, THE COST OF SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND.

RESTOCKING FEES:

  • A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ANY NON-STOCKING ITEMS.

 

EXCHANGES

WE ONLY REPLACE ITEMS IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED. IF YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE IT FOR THE SAME ITEM, CONTACT US.
